Job summary

Insomniac in Calabasas, CA is seeking a motivated Intern to join the production team. This hands-on, on-site role offers exposure to event operations and content creation in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist the Production Manager and Coordinator with calendars, briefs, and logistics, while gaining practical knowledge of live events and merch workflows in the Emo Nite/Insomniac context.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of music industry and Emo Nite brand.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic project mgmt tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager & Production Coordinator in maintaining company databases and calendars.
• Coordinate with Emo Nite teams across regions on event operations.
• Assist with theme research, scenic procurement, staffing, and venue logistics.
• Help create content for Emo Nite digital channels and shoot content as needed.
• Assist onsite at events including Grave Raves and festivals.
• Help organize and maintain the Emo Nite warehouse.
• Serve as a runner and run errands for events.
• Assist merch management for OOT parties and line launches.
• Support other duties as assigned.
