Insomniac Events in Calabasas is offering a paid Street Marketing Intern role within the Marketing team. You will support daily admin tasks, create marketing materials, and participate in onsite event activities while gaining hands‑on experience in live events and promotions.

The internship requires 16‑29 hours per week, is based in the Calabasas/Greater Los Angeles area, and is not a remote position. Ideal candidates are college students with organizational skills and an interest in dance music

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Must be able to work out of Calabasas, CA office and greater Los Angeles area as needed.
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Typical commitment is 16-29 hours per week.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace preferred.
• Must be motivated with an “Everything is possible” attitude.
• Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small.
• Comfortable working outdoors, on foot, and independently for extended periods.
• Physically able to carry, hang, and distribute material.
• Comfortable engaging with the public and representing the brand professionally onsite.
• Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac’s brands.

Responsibilities

• Support the Street Marketing team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Assist with preparing marketing materials, flyers, signage, and promotional assets for upcoming events and campaigns.
• Conduct research on local markets, community events, audience trends, and grassroots marketing opportunities.
• Assist with tracking inventory, managing supplies, and maintaining organization of marketing storage areas.
• Provide general support for special projects and other duties assigned by the Street Marketing team.
