Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a motivated Intern to join the production team in Calabasas, CA. This hands-on role offers exposure to event operations, logistics, and content creation in a fast-paced live music environment.

You will support the Production Manager and Coordinator, help coordinate across regions, assist with merch and venue logistics, and contribute to creating memorable Emo Nite experiences. Must be able to travel for holidays and weekends; on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of emo/rock music and Emo Nite brand.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or Airtable is a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager & Production Coordinator in maintaining company databases and calendars (Airtable, Google Calendar).
• Coordinate with Emo Nite teams in different regions on event operations and day-of details.
• Assist with theme research, scenic procurement, staffing, travel bookings, and venue coordination.
• Help create content for Emo Nite digital outlets and shoot content when needed.
