Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville is a growing employer in Mayville, WI seeking a Product Support Specialist to bridge design and manufacturing. You will support manufacturing teams, collaborate with engineering to implement changes, and assist R&D with testing and validation of product improvements.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on mechanical or engineering experience, SAP/ERP familiarity, CAD/Creo skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Internal product support in manufacturing processes.
• Mechanical or engineering experience required.
• Hands-on role translating design to manufacturing.
• SAP/ERP experience preferred but not required.
• Creo/CAD experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing teams as needed to ensure product design implementation is successful.
• Work with engineering team to implement design changes/improvements.
• Work with technical service team to address product improvement.
• Support R&D lab and test department work.
• Create and maintain SAP master data.
• Other duties as assigned.
