Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a Product Support Specialist focused on internal product support in manufacturing processes.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to support the product through the design cycle and into production. Key duties include supporting manufacturing teams to implement design changes, working with engineering to improve designs, coordinating with the technical service, and creating SAP master

Qualifications

• Experience in internal product support within manufacturing.
• Hands-on role translating design to manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and CAD tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing teams as needed to ensure product design implementation is successful
• Work with engineering team to implement design changes/improvements
• Work with technical service team to address product improvement
• Support R&D lab and test department work
• Create and maintain SAP master data
• Other duties as assigned

Reporting to the Engineering Director, a Product Support Specialist will focus on internal product support in manufacturing processes.

This role requires collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and suppliers to best support the product through the design cycle and into production.

Responsibilities

• SAP/ERP experience preferred but not required.
• Creo/CAD experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office products preferred.
