Reporting to the Engineering Manager, a Product Support Specialist will focus on internal product support in manufacturing processes. This role requires collaboration with our internal teams, customers, and suppliers to best support the product through the design cycle and into production.

Responsibilities

• Order and Data entry
• Answer customer calls, emails, letters, faxes, etc.
• Assist distributors, dealers and end users with machine troubleshooting
• Assist distributors, dealers and end users with parts questions/concerns
• Support office staff on various projects
• Other administrative duties as assigned

• Internal product support in manufacturing processes.

• SAP/ERP experience preferred but not required.

• Experience in Microsoft Office products preferred.
