Job summary

Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the vision and technical strategy for its software products. You will embed with operators and program teams, translate mission-critical needs into a prioritized roadmap, and collaborate closely with engineering to scope, ship, and measure new simulation capabilities.

This builder role requires technical fluency to bridge users, engineering, and the business in a fast-moving defense and autonomous-systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years in product development for complex software systems, with at least 3 years in hands-on product management.
• Robust technical aptitude — understand designs, SDLC, architectural tradeoffs, and risks.
• Ability to decompose complex problems into addressable component parts.
• Proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams and work with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Articulate a clear product vision and own the technical strategy for Mach Industries software products.
• Embed with operators, gather requirements, and translate needs into a unified roadmap.
• Decompose complex problems into concrete technical plans and drive execution with engineering.
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, and proposal teams to tell a compelling product story.
• Lead hands-on delivery of new simulation capabilities and establish KPIs to measure success.
• Help define and drive product team culture and best practices across Mach Industries.
