Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5+ years of product management or technical product management experience.
Minimum 2 years in a dedicated Product Manager role.
U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.
Demonstrated success delivering and scaling field-deployed, mission-critical software products.
Direct knowledge of military mission planning.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy for mission planning software and workflows.
Collaborate with warfighters, government stakeholders, and engineering to translate insights into direction.
Define and evolve workflows for mission creation, planning, tasking, and coordination across multi-domain systems.
Translate objectives and constraints into clear requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
Drive transition from programs to scalable product capabilities across customers and missions.
Partner with Engineering and Design through full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
