Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on assembly experience.
• Experience in mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, optical, robotics or precision assembly.
• Comfortable with basic hand tools and small components.
• Technical/Associate degree or vocational training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision mechanical, electromechanical and optical subassemblies using hand tools and instructions.
• Build and install components such as lenses, fixtures and small precision parts.
• Follow drawings, SOPs and quality requirements.
• Use basic measurement tools for accurate assembly.
• Perform visual inspection, basic checks, rework and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area; collaborate with teams.
