Responsibilities

• Determine sources of malfunctions and perform minor repairs on buildings and equipment.
• Receive, prioritize, and complete work orders; handle emergencies when needed.
• Select materials and estimate time and materials; maintain records of materials and labor.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safe operation of tools and equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect jobs on completion and ensure cleanliness; enforce safety procedures.
