Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including production, logistics, inventory flow, and facility performance.
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and process consistency.
• Establish accountability while maintaining a positive, team-focused culture.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to execute operational strategies and support company growth.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer commitments are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce waste, and optimize resources.
