Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations including production, logistics, inventory flow, and facility performance.

• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to execute operational strategies and support company growth.
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer commitments are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce waste, and optimize resources.

A growing private manufacturing company in the greater Denver area is seeking a hands-on Plant Operations Manager to lead production, logistics, and day-to-day plant operations. What You'll Do

• Comfortable working directly with production teams and solving day-to-day challenges
• Experience overseeing production and/or plant operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

Preferred Background

• Plant Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or similar leadership experience
• Experience in equipment manufacturing, industrial products, assembly, fabrication, or related manufacturing environments
• Experience in single-shift manufacturing operations
