Job summary

Camfil USA Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager for our Corcoran, CA facility. You will direct plant operations through functional managers to meet safety, financial, and customer service goals while driving efficiency and workforce engagement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong Lean expertise, and the ability to roll up your sleeves to improve processes, quality, and delivery in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a plant leadership role.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to drive change, improvement, and meet productivity expectations.
• Strong Lean manufacturing experience with CI tools, methods, and projects.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, change-management, and PC skills.
• BS Degree in business management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety within the plant and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Provide leadership to continuously improve KPI’s including production efficiency, quality, and delivery.
• Develop and coach managers and supervisees, handle performance reviews and actions.
• Minimize scrap and returns by ensuring quality indicators are tracked and updated.
• Use Lean methods to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Hands-on supervision and active participation in daily operations.
