Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a plant leadership role with 5–7 years in manufacturing ops.
• BS degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, change-management and PC skills.
• Strong Lean manufacturing experience with CI tool implementation.
• Ability to coach and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations through managers and supervisors to meet safety, KPI, and cost goals.
• Drive improvements in production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop managers and staff; hire, train, and manage performance.
• Minimize scrap and returns; monitor quality indicators.
• Develop QC spreadsheet apps and Lean process improvements.
• Collaborate with other functions to install company processes.
• Provide hands-on leadership and ensure training programs.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and equipment usage.
