Job summary

Camfil is seeking a Plant Manager in Corcoran, CA to direct all plant operations with a hands-on leadership approach. You will drive safety culture, improve KPIs, and lead a team of managers and supervisors to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.

The role requires strong Lean experience, CI tool usage, and demonstrated ability to coach staff through change, while managing budgets and resources to optimize plant performance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business management or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Strong Lean manufacturing experience with CI tools, methods, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety within the plant, ensuring proper PPE and OSHA compliance.
• Provide leadership to improve KPI performance: production, quality, delivery.
• Monitor operations, trigger corrective actions to meet objectives and KPI targets.
• Develop and coach managers and staff; oversee performance reviews and development.
• Minimize scrap and returns; ensure quality indicators are tracked and up to date.
• Develop spreadsheet apps for QC and plant process monitoring.
• Collaborate with other functions to learn and implement company processes.
