Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 3–5 years in desktop/IT support with manufacturing exposure.
- Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and ticketing systems.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced plant environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Linux, M365, email, VPN, and business apps.
- Support plant-floor computers, barcode scanners, and labeling equipment.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding and IT asset inventory.
- Monitor endpoint security and patching per company standards.
- Document resolutions and escalate complex issues.
