Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Renton, WA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to the field of physical therapy while supporting therapists in daily operations.

You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, prep treatment areas, help patients with home exercise programs, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and by phone during check-in and throughout their appointment time.
• Promote efficient patient intake and scheduling; assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Onboard new patients reviewing paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas; set up and adjust exercise equipment; support therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
