Job summary

Proliance Surgeons in Washington State is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support the therapy team. You will assist with modalities, supervise patient exercises, and help prepare treatment areas and equipment.

This role emphasizes hands-on patient support, administrative tasks, and ensuring a clean, efficient clinic. The schedule totals 32 hours per week with a mix of mornings and early afternoons; prior medical/therapy exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a medical and/or therapy setting is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and blend clerical tasks with patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with therapeutic modalities and patient exercises under supervision.
• Instruct and motivate patients, observe responses and report progress.
• Prepare for therapy sessions and organize treatment areas and equipment.
• Answer phones, schedule patients, process co-pays and locate charts.
• Maintain clinic tidiness and assist with other duties as needed.
