Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine is hiring a Physical Therapy Clinic Aide for our Puyallup East Main location. The role supports the clinic staff with both clinical and front‑office duties, including modality setups and basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting in a physical therapy or clinical setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks and support clinic staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and front-office support as directed by therapy staff.
• Set up therapeutic modalities and prepare treatment rooms.
• Perform filing, scanning, answering phones, and general administrative duties.

Physical Therapy Clinic Aide

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) has an immediate opening for afull-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aide at our Puyallup East Main clinic. Clinic Aides are responsible for assisting all clinic personnel by providing clinic and front-office support. The primary responsibility of a clinic aide is to provide therapeutic modality setups upon the direction of the therapy staff. They are also responsible for various administrative tasks (such as filing, scanning, answering phones), laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering, and inventory, among other tasks. Aides are under close supervision by both physical & occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives.
