Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College level coursework in kinesiology, physical therapy or healthcare related field preferred.
• Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Inpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrange treatment supplies and keep them in order.
• Transport patients to and from treatment areas using wheelchairs or standing support.
• Secure patients into or onto therapy equipment.
• Clean and organize work area and disinfect equipment after treatment.
• Confer with physical therapy staff to discuss treatment.
• Manage and operate equipment safely and correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.
