Job summary

CSL Vifor in Illinois seeks a dedicated team member to prepare donor areas, equipment, and pheresis processors for donation. You will monitor donors and the pheresis process, respond to alarms, and disconnect the donor when the procedure completes.

Responsibilities include recording incidents with the PDA, maintaining accurate donor data in the system, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment while adhering to HSE/OSHA policies. Basic math is required; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months' work experience in medical or health provider environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Bilingual skills may be required at the organization's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and the pheresis process and respond to alarms.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Record incidents and donor data using the PDA and electronic donor information system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• May be cross-trained in other areas as needed.
• Overtime may be required to support center operations.
