Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Hardware Circuit Board Tech to build and test power electronics boards in our Durham lab. You’ll assemble PCBs by hand, solder SMT and through-hole parts, and work closely with engineers to debug and improve prototypes.

You’ll use oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters, keeping the lab organized and following procedures. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and collaborative, offering a path to contribute directly to next‑generation AI power

Qualifications

• Lab experience with electronics preferred.
• Good understanding of resistors, capacitors and inductors.
• Comfort with soldering and debugging circuits.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCBs by hand, solder SMT and through-hole components.
• Debug circuits and applications under engineering supervision.
• Build small electrical assemblies and wiring harnesses.
• Run tests with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters following procedures.
• Organize lab space and maintain hardware inventory.
• Collaborate closely with applications engineers.
