Job summary

H3X Technologies Inc. is hiring an Electronics Technician to build and test power electronics, including PCBAs and wire harnesses, closely collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams on production assemblies and prototypes.

You will inspect, assemble, and test per process plans, assist in manufacturing improvements, and document results while keeping the lab organized and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency in hand soldering TH and SMD components.
• Able to use a PC, Windows, and Microsoft Office; ERP familiarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Willingness to obtain IPC/J-STD-001 certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and test PCBAs and wire harnesses per instructions.
• Assist in streamlining manufacturing processes.
• Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting power electronics hardware.
• Document test results and rework activities per standards.
• Maintain electronics lab organization.
• Record non-conformance issues and quality concerns.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield and cost.
