Job summary

H3X Technologies is seeking an Electronics Technician to build and test power electronics, including PCBAs and wire harnesses. You will collaborate with electronics manufacturing and engineering teams on production assemblies and prototypes.

The role emphasizes hands-on assembly, testing, documentation of results, and lab upkeep in a fast-paced, skunkworks-style environment. Excellent organizational skills and quick learning are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency in hand soldering TH and SMD components.
• Able to use a PC, Windows, and Office, ERP and related programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to fast pace change.

Responsibilities

• Inspection, assembly, and test of PCBAs and wire harnesses per process plans.
• Assist in streamlining manufacturing via brainstorming and process development.
• Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting power electronics hardware.
• Document test results and rework activities per quality standards.
• Maintain Electronics Lab organization and cleanliness.
• Record non-conformance issues and quality concerns.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for yield and cost.
