Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management, building maintenance or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating contractors.
• Ability to manage multiple buildings or a large facility.
• Troubleshooting maintenance problems and prioritizing tasks.
• Strong organizational and budget-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and operations across multiple properties.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs for maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Perform minor repairs when appropriate and coordinate major repairs with vendors.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, flooring, and other systems.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules to minimize unexpected repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate contractors; track requests and performance.
