Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3 years of engineering, product design and development experience.
• Proficient in 3D modeling using CAD tools such as CATIA, NX, Autodesk; SolidWorks preferred.
• Experience managing design data and revisions in PDM/PLM systems.
• Ability to apply DFMA and design for manufacturability principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement products from concept through production release.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales on requirements.
• Lead NPD projects with stage-gate reviews and risk-based decisions.
• Perform analyses and testing to improve performance, manufacturability, and cost.
• Develop prototypes, test rigs, and validation assemblies for qualification.
