Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years of engineering, product design, and development experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling using CATIA, NX, Autodesk, with SolidWorks preferred.
• Experience managing design data and revisions in PDM systems (Teamcenter/SmarTeam/Autodesk Vault).
• Proven ability to generate engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including FEA experience.
• Hands‑on fabrication/prototyping experience; welding knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement products from concept through production release with CAD models, BOMs, and docs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Project Management.
• Lead New Product Development projects through DFMA and stage‑gate processes.
• Perform analyses, benchmarking, value engineering, and technology evaluations for cost and performance gains.
• Create and refine prototypes, test fixtures, and validation assemblies; support qualification activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to evaluate materials and manufacturing processes.
