Job summary

Grid Networks is seeking an experienced Network and Linux Systems engineer to join a small Infrastructure team. You will work across Linux services, network infrastructure, and automation in a hands-on role supporting enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with software and hardware teams to design, implement, and maintain diverse infrastructure projects, including virtualization, monitoring, and security tooling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in network engineering, systems, or related infrastructure roles.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate, and other enterprise devices.
• Experience managing Linux servers running Ubuntu, Debian, and RHEL.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Apache, NGINX, Postgres, MariaDB, IPA/IDM, KeyCloak, IPTables, pfSense, Wireguard, IPSec, and OpenVPN.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, and maintain a wide variety of Linux-based services.
• Support and enhance the organization’s network infrastructure.
• Contribute to Linux systems engineering and administration.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of a variety of infrastructure initiatives.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and mobile networking engineers to develop products and services.
