Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two or more properties. You will lead the maintenance team, manage service requests, and drive preventative maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, performing make-readies, and ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and attractive. A strong service orientation and solid technical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance, including turnover/make-ready processes.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting or appliance repair.
• Proficiency with maintenance planning and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general systems.
• Respond to resident requests and complete work orders per standards and timelines.
• Oversee make-ready process, including inspections and vendor scheduling.
• Maintain safe, clean, visually appealing common areas and grounds.
• Schedule in-house and contractor work, and document monthly PMs.
