Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read a tape measure to within 1/16 inch; safe use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ability to layout, assemble, fabricate, process, and ship custom assemblies.
• Read, understand, mark-up and process schematics, drawings, BOMs, quality sheets, and shipping docs.
• Set-up and operate band saws, drill presses, iron worker, forklifts, cranes, and related equipment.
• Mechanical assembly and mounting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing with teammates.
