Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable with good attendance and teamwork.
• Able to follow instructions and read technical docs.
• Able to read a tape measure to 1/16".
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook/Teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, assemble, fabricate, process, and ship custom assemblies.
• Read, mark-up, and process schematics, drawings, BOMs, quality sheets, and shipping docs.
• Set up and operate band saws, drills, iron worker, and forklifts.
• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
• Support continuous improvement of fabrication and assembly processes.
• Maintain safe, productive work environment.
