MASH is seeking a hands-on MarTech Manager to optimize CRM, marketing automation, and data workflows across clients. You’ll map end-to-end marketing engine performance, identify friction, and drive practical changes in our tech and processes.

You’ll work across campaigns, analytics, tracking and reporting to enable better marketing decisions. The role requires strong hands-on experience with major platforms, data tools, and automation, with an adaptable, problem‑solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across marketing operations, CRM, marketing automation, and MarTech.
• Experience across multiple client environments and technology stacks.
• Hands-on proficiency with key marketing tech platforms and data analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Review and optimize CRM and marketing automation stacks across clients.
• Build and optimise lead journeys, segments, workflows, forms and campaigns.
• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting and data quality across systems.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs using GA4, GTM and Looker Studio.
• Identify friction points between tools and processes and implement practical improvements.
