Job summary

MASH is seeking a Creative Technologist for AI-enabled marketing operating systems. The role sits between AI engineering and creative marketing, turning messy workflow pain points into scrappy, scalable prototypes.

You'll design and deploy end-to-end AI-powered workflows, collaborate with marketers to identify bottlenecks, and help evolve secure, scalable tooling that boosts speed and creative effectiveness across a Southeast Asia marketing team.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years across software engineering, creative technology, prototyping, or product build environments.
• Portfolio of live prototypes is required.
• Experience bridging AI engineering and marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered workflows and prototypes for marketing and operations.
• Collaborate with marketers to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for AI-enabled transformation.
• Translate business needs into practical tools and experiments that improve speed, usability and output quality.
