Job summary

Acara Solutions, An Aleron Company is seeking a Training Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead and continuously improve technical training and qualification programs for production, warehouse, and logistics teams. You will develop structured onboarding, OJT, and proficiency pathways while partnering with operations, quality, EHS, and engineering to align training with business needs.

The role requires hands-on floor presence, program development expertise, and experience coaching trainers

Qualifications

• Semiconductor or high-purity chemicals industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in training and development or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7-8+ years creating, writing, implementing, and delivering employee training in manufacturing.
• Experience managing frontline production, warehouse, logistics, or similar staff.
• Experience building and managing structured OJT and qualification programs.
• Significant hands-on training of frontline manufacturing employees.
• Experience developing training materials, qualification standards, and documentation.
• Experience coaching supervisors, leads, SMEs, or trainers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of technical training and qualification programs across production and related manufacturing areas.
• Create structured onboarding, OJT, demonstrated proficiency, cross-training, and ongoing development pathways.
• Develop curricula, competency assessments, and Technical Qualification Matrices with Operator Levels 1–3.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS, and Engineering to align training with operational needs and business goals.
• Maintain strong on-floor presence, delivering training and updating programs to reflect evolving equipment, processes, and customer requirements.
