Actalent is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead inventory accuracy, material availability, and warehouse performance at our West Hartford facility. You will spend substantial time on the production floor, ensuring ERP discipline and supporting SAP S/4HANA transition efforts.

You will manage a team across shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory, partnering with production leadership to maintain uninterrupted production and efficient material movement.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility with a significant plant‑floor presence required. It is a high visibility role in a fast‑paced operational environment with frequent interaction with production leadership. The role includes inheriting approximately 15 employees across shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
