Cindavi in Ripon, WI, is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to own a core assembly line and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. Expect to spend most of your time on the production floor implementing changes that make processes faster and safer.

Qualified candidates will hold a BS in engineering and have hands-on experience with production lines, Lean techniques, and cross-functional collaboration to lead continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent related experience.
• Hands-on mindset with proven track record supporting production lines and driving measurable improvements.
• Adapt quickly and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
• Experience with Lean techniques, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Take full responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost on an assigned assembly line area.
• Spend the majority of time on the production floor examining equipment and processes to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance.
• Implement process changes, update operation standards, and apply Lean techniques to optimize production.
• Conduct capability and time studies, specify tools/fixtures, and participate in Kaizen events.
