Job summary

Global Recruiters of West Bend is seeking an Operations Manager for a well-established engineered products manufacturer in the Madison area. The role oversees overall Operations performance and leads shop-floor activities across 1.5 shifts, with a focus on lean implementations, standard work and waste reduction.

The ideal candidate will drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement while engaging a diverse team of 100–120 associates.

Our client is a well-established and growing engineered products Manufacturer in the greater Madison. Join the site leadership team, with responsibility for overall Operations performance!

Reporting to the VP-Operations, the Operations Manager will have direct responsibility for ~100-120 associates across 1.5 shifts, along with supervisors and support staff.

Location: Onsite (not a hybrid or remote role)

Production schedule: M-F (primarily shift 1 & partial 2nd shift)

Relocation: Not available, local candidates are welcome to apply

Travel: minimal, primarily day-trips if necessary
