Job summary

Master Signs is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager in American Fork, UT to lead production, installation, and workflow across design, fabrication, and field teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will own daily operations from job sale through finish, coordinate with ownership, sales, and craftspeople, resolve bottlenecks, manage schedules, and optimize purchasing and inventory.

Responsibilities

Oversee production workflow from sale through fabrication and installation.
Lead production, fabrication, and installation teams; set expectations and drive deadlines.
Coordinate material orders, vendor communication, and scheduling across departments.
Develop checklists and processes to ensure quality and reduce rework.
Monitor progress and bottlenecks; optimize purchasing and inventory levels.
Schedule installations and ensure crews have tools and information.
Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
