Job summary

Master Signs in American Fork, UT is seeking a Fabrication Lead / Sign Fabricator & Installer to lead the production and installation of custom signage. You’ll manage fabrication processes, ensure safety, and collaborate with a team to meet project deadlines.

The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work 8am-4:30pm. Join a hands-on shop focused on craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with fabrication and installation of signs.
• Ability to operate CNC machines and paint signs.
• Physical ability to lift tools, equipment and materials for sign installation.
• Detail-oriented with quality-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Are you a skilled fabricator with a passion for creating and installing high-quality signage? At Master Signs, located in American Fork, UT, we specialize in crafting custom signs that help businesses stand out. We’re looking for a talented and experienced Fabrication Lead / Sign Fabricator & Installer to join our team and bring our clients’ visions to life.

What You'll Do

As our Fabrication Lead, you’ll play a key role in the production and installation of custom signage. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the fabrication process for a variety of sign types, ensuring precision and quality.


• Installing signs at client locations with attention to detail and safety.


• Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.


• Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.


• Troubleshooting and problem-solving to overcome challenges during fabrication or installation.


• Paint signs


• Run CNC machines
