Job summary

Artisan-Millwork-LL in Spanish Fork, Utah, is seeking an experienced Custom Architectural Millwork Fabrication Manager to oversee our fabrication operations, lead the fabrication team, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

You will coordinate production schedules, work with project management, design and estimating teams, optimize workflows, and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and consistency across the shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in custom architectural millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or related manufacturing.
• Previous experience leading a fabrication or production team is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and plans.
• Experience with production scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication operations and lead the fabrication team to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate production schedules and assign work based on project requirements and capacity.
• Collaborate with project management, design, estimating, and manufacturing to prepare jobs for production.
