Job summary

Master Signs in American Fork, UT is seeking a Fabrication Lead / Sign Fabricator & Installer to lead the production and installation of custom signage. You’ll manage fabrication processes, ensure safety, and collaborate with a team to meet project deadlines.

The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work 8am-4:30pm. Join a hands-on shop focused on craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with fabrication and installation of signs.
• Ability to operate CNC machines and paint signs.
• Physical ability to lift tools, equipment and materials for sign installation.
• Detail-oriented with quality-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fabrication process for various sign types, ensuring precision and quality.
• Install signs at client locations with attention to detail and safety.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain tools and equipment for a safe, efficient workspace.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems during fabrication or installation.
• Paint signs and run CNC machines.
