The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities. Lift up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and automated systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• Support equipment improvements and modifications as needed.
• Assist with wiring, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Support general facility maintenance activities as needed.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
