Job summary

CompleteStaff is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift in a Wisconsin manufacturing environment. The role keeps production equipment, including CNC machines, mills, grinders, drill presses, punch presses, and CO2 or fiber optic lasers, running smoothly.

The candidate will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot problems, do repairs, and assist with programming as needed, with a strong emphasis on hydraulic systems and machine reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining production equipment in manufacturing.
• Hands-on maintenance and repair of CNC, mills, grinders and presses.
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems and laser machines.

You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting problems, making repairs, and helping with programming when needed. Experience working with hydraulic systems is also important.
