Job summary

Haworth in Big Rapids, MI is seeking paid Manufacturing Engineering Interns for a 12-week summer program. You’ll tackle real projects on the production floor, learn from engineers, and rotate through manufacturing processes across steel components.

Join a cohort of ~50 interns, attend workshops, and gain hands-on experience with data analysis, AI tools, and safety initiatives. As an intern you’ll help update lockout/tagout procedures, optimize material yield, and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a bachelor's student in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Welding Eng or Product Design with junior status by Fall 2027.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Holland, MI from May 2027 to August 2027.
• Unrestricted right to work in the US.
