Haworth is seeking paid Quality and Manufacturing Engineering Interns to join the team in Holland, MI, onsite at Haworth Corporate Headquarters. The 12-week program offers a cohort of about 50 interns, with projects across quality and manufacturing engineering, plus workshops, networking, and mentorship.

You will engage in real projects such as PFMEA review, control plan assessment, value stream mapping, and CAD-based visual displays.

Qualificações

Part-time or full-time college enrollment, working towards a bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering with at least a junior level status by Fall of 2027.
Ability to work On-site in Holland, MI from May 2027 to August 2027.
Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for the position.
Experience with CAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

Assist with quality projects such as writing and reviewing standard work, reviewing PFMEA & Control Plans, solving problems to reduce scrap and defects to customers, small gage design, and using CAD to create visual displays.
Assist manufacturing engineering projects by improving one or more KPI’s; map current state, identify problems causing late orders, and outline steps toward future state.
