Haworth, Inc. is seeking paid Quality and Manufacturing Engineering Interns to join our Holland, MI team on-site for a 12-week program. You will work with cross-functional teams to support quality and manufacturing projects, including PFMEA, control plans, and value stream mapping.

Qualifications

• Part-time or full-time college enrollment, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering with at least a junior level status by Fall 2027.
• On-site work in Holland, MI May 2027 through Aug 2027.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quality projects: writing and reviewing standard work, reviewing PFMEA & Control Plans, problem solving to reduce scrap and defects.
• Assist with manufacturing projects: improve KPI targets, map value streams, identify problems causing delays, and define steps to reach the future state.
