• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment across functions.
• Vehicle transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and analyze manufacturing processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support automation and robotics initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Assist with equipment evaluations, implementations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Create and modify engineering documentation and CAD layouts using CAD tools.
