Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with junior status by Fall 2027.
• Familiar with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or similar data-analysis tools.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Holland, MI from May 2027 to August 2027.
• Unrestricted right to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Update lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
• Support material yield optimization to reduce waste and scrap.
• Assist with quality and safety improvement initiatives.
• Conduct compressed air audits and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Assist with manufacturing process improvements on the production floor.

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Welding Engineering or Product Design
