Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a manufacturing field.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience in engineer-to-order environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on shop floor capability.
• Ability to work effectively across Engineering, Production, and Purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machining processes to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Lead lean initiatives and drive cycle-time reductions on custom builds.
• Review outsourced machining and coordinate with vendors for quality and cost.
• Provide manufacturing input to estimating and quoting with time studies.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing to ensure robust processes.
