Infi Robotics in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to turn customer CAD, drawings, and BOMs into repeatable assembly, inspection, and test processes. You will work at the bench on early builds and help translate designs into manufacturable steps.

You will create work instructions, fixtures, tooling, and tests, lead first-article and pilot runs, and use measured results to improve yield, build time, and repeatability of assembly for robotic hardware.

Competenze

• Experience taking electromechanical hardware from prototype into production.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, CAD models, and bills of materials.
• Clear work-instruction writing and disciplined root-cause analysis, inspection, revision control, and build documentation.

Mansioni

• Turn customer CAD, drawings, and bills of materials into executable build plans, identifying design, assembly, and supply constraints early.
• Create work instructions, fixtures, tooling, inspection criteria, and functional tests for electromechanical products.
• Lead first-article and pilot builds with technicians, troubleshoot defects, and keep instructions and build records aligned with design revisions.
• Improve build time, yield, and rework using measured results and define repeatable assembly steps for the robotics team to automate.
